.One.Day.At.A.Time.
yesterday was 90% terrible. i got up and exercised, but i’m sure that was negated with the pizza and breadsticks i consumed for supper, plus the box of chocolates this guy brought me at work. but that was yesterday, and this is today. gonna start it off right with 2 pieces of 100% wheat toast and sugar free jelly, 4 pieces of turkey bacon, and some grapes. kickboxing at 10 a.m. yaaay!
