.One.Day.At.A.Time.
i meant it when i said healthy dinner. veggie burger w/out bun and broccoli. i’m not opposed to eating meat, but this is just as good and i’m kind of sad to say i can put it in the microwave for 80 seconds and it is edible. my best friend’s dad NEVER uses the microwave to cook things. i wish i was that skilled on the stove/oven….oh, and patient. i’m part of the now generation, spoiled by cable television, internet, cell phones, and microwaves. and to top it off, i came home from work, changed into some work out clothes, hopped on the elliptical for 45 minutes, and then did some upper body and ab routines via the exercise channel on the free spot. i feel somewhat forgiven for my previous bad choices. that’s something i need to learn. one bad decision does not mean a day’s worth of bad decisions.
